Thanks for posting this vid! I always wondered how wood burning was done! Do you pencil in your design on the wood and then trace over it with the burning tool?
Only if it is something specific and tangible, Amanda, like a figure or animal. If it’s an organic design, I might block out the larger different areas in pencil, but I still wing the detail work as I go.
